mmm, I like {io} ...is there actually a difference between saying
"congratulations" and saying "I'm respectful" ?

I kinda feel like "congratulations" may be one of those cases, like "your
welcome" that actually would be best translated literally as some version of
{.je'e}

A: Thanks!
B: You're welcome! <-- {je'e}

A: I passed the test!
B: Congratulations! <-- {je'e}

...and adding {io} makes sense I think.

But how would you add the sense of "You are competent/able"? I feel like
{.e'e} means that *I* feel competent, which isn't really what I think I want
to say...
