How about "le ckule cu kagmro"? That means "the school is dead as a company,"
i.e. the company running the school has disbanded. The building may later be
used for another school, or for something else.

There's a building called Taylor at the local community college which is
closed. "la teilr. cu se ganlo" is true, but was also true at night when the
gym was in there but the building was locked. If they're going to destroy the
building, one could say "la teilr. dijmro", but if the building is closed for
remodeling, how would one say that?
