AIUI from comments by Roy, HP would have to add that to the license, since HP
doesn't own the LGPL, the FSF does. One of the dangers of using someone else's
license that they feel entitled to enforce.
In any event, isn't the real issue --- as you say, LGPL notwithstanding --- how
do we see the synergies, and how can we leverage the community efforts?
