Typo: “providers"

No, really, it’s a privilege and convenience to be able to take exams from 
home. That needs to be communicated. Both the LON-CAPA and the ProctorU 
functionalities are proven, so if an exam “crashes,” the problem is usually the 
connectivity (unless a student realizes that they cannot do the math and thus 
decides to make the exam “crash” on purpose to buy some more study time). If 
they cannot get the technology to work, they can go to a testing center or come 
on campus.

Granted, the first round can be bumpy (which is why a “practice exam” is a good 
idea), but by the second exam, these issues should go away.
