Sally, You can reset the timer (basically get rid of the time stamp):
Main Menu -> Modify Parameter Settings -> Reset student access times This removes the time stamp for a student for a folder and lets them start the timer over again. Any previous work is saved. You can also change the time limit and the open/due dates on a per student basis. On an hour exam where the student got in 45 minutes then internet crashed, can reset time stamp and set the time limit to 20 minutes for that particular student. (always being careful not to set it for the whole class) You cannot change the randomization on the folder. Does this help address the issue?
