I think Keith answered that question ... the route 406F is currently registered by London General. Additionally, and if my memory serves me correctly, when the 'Country Area' of LT became LCBS the route registration transferred to them and subsequently has passed to whichever company took the respective area and services over. However, I think I'm correct in saying, when Arriva gave up/lost services in the general Epsom Area, London General took over the registration for route 406F. Put all this together and, again I think I'm correct in saying, the 406F today is the same as first registered by LT, so all subsequent companies have continued to use the same route number.
