true indeed.
Vi is an editor ... emacs _might_ be an editor, but it does have a nasty
habit of trying to read your mail / post to newsgroups / compile your
kernel / test your serial port / check your dishwasher when all you wanted
it to do was cut and paste ... I gave up in the end almost every
keystroke seemed to do something entirely un-natural
I propose that all future postings should clearly state whether you're a
vi or emacs sort of a chap/chapess and then we can have diferent meetings
and t shirts (except the emacs chaps/chapesses will probably try to do
the graphics in emacs and never finish them ..)
