I agree...

I just came back from a rather nice part of Wales where a new 3-4 Bed house
will cost you an extortionate 10,000 (yes, ten thousand).  A really nice
area in the middle of rolling countryside, peacefull and away from London.

Last week I stayed in a village and myself and my wife were the only people
in the whole village.  The people who own the village are so trusting they
even left all the houses open (all 30 of them) so we could have a meander.
