I'm seriously *seriously* tempted to buy a flat in Naples.  Cash.  You
can buy a one room studio right in the city centre (ten minutes from
central train station, five from the hydrofoil port, fifteen from the
airport, one minute to the tube, great pizzeria downstairs) for fifteen
thousand quid.
