I do quite a bit of admin work and have used / recommended reddrat as
its quite "standard", but it is a pain to upgrade.
I've played with rolling my own, based on a Linux kernel, but found that
I ended up upgrading stuff all the time - which is not my idea of fun!
debian put me off as I tried an update on a 56k modem - 2 hours latter
it had done 10 % ..... Their CD release cycles are far to far appart !
Anyway, back to perl..
