Apart from Morgan Stanley, some major Swiss banks, the US Census, the
HGMP, BT, BA, ICL, Thos.Cook, ... and a few other trivial examples,
I can't think of *anyone* .
:-)
Oh yeah, IBM's MQ software build teams use Perl scripts to build MQ on all
the supported platforms (NT .. OS/390) via AIX, Solaris, HP-UX, OS/400, ...
And the test teams use Perl scripts to test the software on all the supported
platforms ...
And the support teams are getting more and more calls from customers using Perl
instead of C or COBOL like they used to ...
Of course I'm sure that Morgan Stanley doesn't have pinball machines in-house
and they are probably careful with their money -- so won't so fun to work at as
all the noomeedja houses!
