It's basically a virtual file system through the browser for version
control (often an alien concept to web developers!) with a little
templating thrown in. It is in use at ebookers and also channel 4.

Although supported systems were claimed to include Mac and Solaris
when I used it a year or so ago only the windows client seemed to work
reliably.

I thought the version control aspect was OK although probably over
complex for designers and the like with the different branches etc. I
was less happy about the templating side.

Probably one of the better (or less worse) CMSes (it's written in
Perl).

Like all this software your mileage may vary depending on how well the
system was installed and whether you have clueful admin running it.
