hi, it's been a few days, but i wanted to post a few notes about matt and my tech talks at the last meet...
matt made a blog^Wjournal entry which points to his slides: http://www.hackdiary.com/archives/000026.html there is a lot more general RDF hackery on that site. i meant to mention that my london mud site is at http://space.frot.org and the bot is [EMAIL PROTECTED] though it is not always working properly. i meant to mention the danish version of the web half, http://dk.space.frot.org which has a lot more data and been done more rigourously... we are trying to settle on a common RDF vocabulary now. i wrote a paper about it for XMLEurope, that is still a bit drafty, and not completely sure i'm allowed to publish it, but http://space.frot.org/talks/xml_paper.html the backend for the IM bot is Bot::JabberBot which is a wrapper around DJ's rather nice Jabber::Connection that creates the same interface as Bot::BasicBot. sorry if this sounds like a brazen plug. it was good talking! zx -- "Common sense won't tell you.
