The "problem" with Islam is that ITS NOT JUST the religion... its a way of life ! ... and other issue is that its the Deen-e-Kamil ... else Allah have authority to regulate rest of the four Holy book's Sharia instead of Quran...
creating such things creates issue that which is the right path... and which is wrong... and the only few hadith that helps to maintain the balance (that is in my mind at the moment) is (something like that ) "Deen main miana ravi hai" another place its stated that "Muzhab main jabad nahien hai" (Wallah Alam) I am not saint and not contain some royal blood so am absolutely authority here but at least I have senses and manipulative mind.. so does rest of the population...what differs us is we knew how to use it... so please folks... use mind ! peace!
