I guess that's understandable, since they have to go through an entire publishing process. (And, some of their stuff--like the current ExamCram book--is way out-of-date, even according to the current exam objectives.) The process is a bit faster for me, since I'm working solo, and can just publish my stuff in a .pdf format.

No, I'm afraid not, though I do appreciate the offer. All I do is create courses for my client, and then one of us will teach them over the Internet, via Gatherplace and Teamspeak.

I guess the best solution would be for me to continue writing against the new exam objectives, but create an addendum for any students who plan to take the exam before 1 April.
