Does it really matter the source or the billing, so long as the goal is 
reached?  The idea is to teach and train people to use the OS, the 
applications, and to attain a level of competency to pass the exams.  

Personally, I like the availability of different material, with different 
target audiences and different approaches.  It helps to insure that each 
student is getting the information on a manner most comfortable to them.  This 
wide variety of material also highlights there is more than 'one correct way' 
to accomplish the desired effects.

Good one.  I didn't even think of this one as courseware.  It bills itself as
"tutorials".  

It kinda raises the question of courseware.  The nutshell book isn't, what I
would consider, courseware either.
