Oops. I meant the question of "what is courseware?" As long as the instructor is good, I don't think it matters. And if Dave's getting good results with the nutshell book, power to him. Especially since the last review of it included the hitchhiker's quote "contains much that is apocryphal, or at least wildly inaccurate".
