With the Makefile I have a small suggestion, very minor really but
could help those times when people's minds are not as clear as they
should be.
Can you make the test for POSTINSTALL to be case insensitive?
POSTINSTALL=no doesn't work for obvious reasons when you read the
Makefile.
Minor stuff, but it can be confusing at times. I got hit by this but
figured it out after the second Make attempt.
