Please try:
ps_eoj_at_start@

Add this to the end of the ifhp.conf file and then see if this works:

[ hp8550 ]
ps_eoj_at_start@

OR you can use:

  :ifhp=model=hp8550,ps_eoj_at_start@

Please tell me if this works,  and I will update the ifhp.conf file.
