This explains the problem with print jobs that take a long time,
but not our problem with duplicate banner pages.
Fortunately (?), the problem occured again and this time I saved the
'lpq -L' output; see below. What happens is that a one-page
postscript file is printed, preceded by two copies of the banner
page. I've never seen this with the old version of ifhp,
so I guess this is due to the changes made in the program
(this time it's Do_sync, not Do_waitend). sync_interval
is set to 20 seconds, and that's the value we have been using
all the time.
