I did try :ab, yes... no effect... just never prints the thing.
This is true. I found it and made it 0, which is why I want to mention to
the list to BE CAREFUL with this value. The statusfiles grew to over 300MB,
which made parsing this file to give queue status a very very system
intensive task, nearly bringing down the machine this morning. For machines
running samba, this is EXTREMELY critical as lpq is run once per minute on
most systems, or more often than that. Not a problem with LPRng, but you
have to be very careful.
