That too. I believe we are talking about the same thing. If 2 jobs are being printed back-to-back, then the missing pages from the first job get added to the second one. If there is a sufficiently long pause (10 seconds for my 4050) between the 2 print jobs, then that does not happen, but the second print job gets under-counted. My point was, if some percentage of your print jobs have 0 page count, you should also suspect that the other, non-zero-page-count print jobs are not counted correctly. > To answer your question try the PJL JOB command.
