Probably the job. The front panel settings tell the printer
what kind of paper is in the various trays. Frankly I've
never heard of this sized paper but then I knew everything
only last week.
I may not be understanding the question right but if the job
asks for a specific kind of paper and the front panel says it
has it it will use it. Otherwise, under normal circumstances
it will ask for that kind/size of paper to be loaded.
I would check the front panel settings first (how many trays do
you have) and if they seem correct check the job. Look for a
setpagedevice command something like the following:
<</PageSize [363 516] /ImagingBBox null>> setpagedevice"
As far as I can tell that size is for B6 (~5 x 7 inches) but I
don't know how big "Japan B6" is. If you find it ask the guy
who created the job. If you don't find it I'm sorry I can't
help.
