Well I have now - please see:

According to the latter B6 paper is 125 x 176 mm while Japan B6
is 128 x 182 mm (can you believe this??) corresponding to 5.04
x 7.16 inches which corresponds to 362.8 x 515.9 pts.

This would appear in the ppd file as:
<</PageSize [363 516] /ImagingBBox null>> setpagedevice
