Regarding the timing of the last call, the enhanced VPN framework draft has finished the WG LC in TEAS WG, and this document has been stable for quite a while, thus it seems now is the right time to last call this document in LSR WG. As for the reference to draft-ietf-teas-ietf-network-slices, I agree after the terminology alignment it is better to be listed as normative reference. We can make this change in next revision.
