Sorry, Ken, I must have missed that point with regarding the --first16 option. I've have to update the mba how-to doc with this information.
We had planned to integrate imggen into mknbi. Unfortunately, other projects took precedent and the developer did not get a chance to update imggen. I'm no longer working for 3Com/Lanworks. Luckily, the developer of imggen, Nick Kroupetski, is still working at 3Com.
