I already have one workstation working with LTSP, using a Tulip card. I'm trying to get a second workstation up, using a 3Com 900B-TPO (uses the 3C595 driver). I've got the dhcpd.conf and hosts file set up correctly, with an entry for the new workstation. This is what I get when I boot:
***************************************************** .000021.0000 done ROM segment 0x0800 length 0x4000 reloc 0x9400 Etherboot 5.0.4 (GPL) Tagged ELF for [3C595] Found 3Com-900B-TPO at 0XE000, ROM address 0X0000 Probing...[3C595]utp[*utp*]: disable 'auto select' with DOS util!Ethernet address 00:50:04:6C:CD:75 selected utp. (default) Searching for server (DHCP)... ***************************************************** Using tcpdump, I can't spot any DHCP packets coming across the network. I assume that this means that the nic driver isn't working. What can I do? Steve Meyers _____________________________________________________________________ Ltsp-discuss mailing list.
