Hi all. I am also interested on local hard disk to boot ltsp workstations. This is because the place where I am using ltsp have not much enought money to pay for the eprom burning process and device. Besides they have small hard disks (600MB, 6GB, 2GB) that can be used on Workstations to take backups of the relevant info in the Server. In such way they also can save the money of a raid array and with a redundant info across the net the posibility of damage of all the copies at the same time is lower.
