Hi, I need help.
I'm using RH7.2 distro with upgraded kernel to 2.4.13,
and tried these installation files:
ltsp_core-3.0.0-1.i386.rpm , ltsp_core-3.0.0-i386.tgz
ltsp_kernel-3.0.1-1.i386.rpm, ltsp_kernel-3.0.1-i386.tgz
ltsp_x_core-3.0.1-1.i386.rpm, ltsp_x_core-3.0.1-i386.tgz
ltsp_x_fonts-3.0.0-0.i386.rpm, ltsp_x_fonts-3.0.0-i386.tgx
ltsp_x366_svga-3.0.0-0.i386.rpm, ltsp_x366_svga-3.0.0-i386.tgz
ltsp_x366_vga16-3.0.0-0i386.rpm, ltsp_x366_vga16-3.0.0-i386.rpm
both installation , rpm and tgz seems like didn't work.
There are several broken links in directory /opt/ltsp/i386/etc/ , such as
XF86Config to (not there) /tmp/XF86Config, and host.alow, resolv.conf,
syslog.conf, initrunlvl, and ioctl.save . Most of these links pointing to
/tmp/theirname which are not there.
and I was expecting to see some files in /opt/ltsp/i386/dev/ like tty0 or
psaux or ttyS0. I do not see them in that directory.
Can anybody help me? did i miss something in the installastion?
I've used both 'rpm -ivh' and './install.sh'
