after a monts searching the web for a way to make this rpl roms to boot i finally found a server app that could make it i think some of you may be interested on it. its located in: http://gimel.esc.cam.ac.uk/james/rpld/index.html
it says its for ibm's rpl and they have tested it in some davicom nic. im trying it in a pcchips m755 board ant by now it has loaded a kernel but then nothing happens, it seems to be a very alpha stage software but i think it is worth to try it since it could be much easier than flashing bios. using it to download grub or etherboot could be the key to get a good bootloader since for what i read in the docs rpl its not quite a good tool at all _________________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
