When you installed did you use the network install option (-net I think)? Also, as the poster below points out, each client needs to have a mini-install run to set up their own environment. In my case, using SO 5.2, I just put the default office52 directory in /etc/skel and changed the ~/.sversionrc file as part of my create user script.
