Mike,

It's probably not a PXE problem.  PXE takes care
of getting the kernel into memory. after that, it is
done.

You clearly have a kernel in memory.  So, it is more likely
a problem with the configuration on the server.

Is the IP address of the server 192.168.16.130 ?

is NFS running on that server ?

Is the workstation listed in the /etc/hosts file on that server ?

Is /etc/hosts.allow setup to allow connections from the
workstation ?

Do you have ipchains or iptables running to block access ?

Is your /etc/exports file setup correctly ?

Have you looked at the troubleshooting section of the LTSP-3.0
documentation ?
