Your message was on the list 3 times.. :) I asked about this same problem few days ago. The problem seems to be that the ltsp kernel is made for etherboot.
Read the instructions from: http://www.ltsp.org/documentation/pxe.howto.html to get it working. The url describes a workaround with isc dhcpd 3.0.
