under /tftpboot/lts
vmlinuz.2.14.8-ltsp-1

in /etc/dhcpd.conf      I changed
filename    = /lts/vmlinuz.2.4.18-3

to read as  "vmlinuz.2.4.18-ltsp-1"

Re-tested.  But problem still remains, searching for TFTP file
