Could be 1 of 2 things:

1)  He entered the wrong value in lts.conf.  It should be XF86_S3V, not
    XF86_83V.  (Notice the '8' vs the 'S').

2)  He hasn't loaded the ltsp_x336_s3v package.


My guess is that he has the correct entry in lts.conf, but simply
hasn't loaded the pkg.
