You can specify a name, an IP address or a MAC address in lts.conf. > Every WS must have a name Yes. But dhcpd does not tell the name to clients that don't have a host statement in dhcpd.conf. While the client can look up its name through DNS once it is up and running, it does not know the name when lts.conf is read.
