My experience has been with the K12LTSP project, and I have found this very
easy to use.

First pick your most powerfull machine and put the largest disk and memory
in it.

Get K12LTSP installed, if you can install redhat then you'll have no
problems.

I chose the K12 project as it has everything allready intalled e.g. OOo and
Mozilla etc.

Then get the network hardware set up in the usual way, then configure the
clients.

Et voila. one working LTSP network :-)
