Can anyone give me advice? (I really need one)

I have problems with Diskless Clients downloading kernel.

It's like client is having a problem to get kernel from server.

Last three lines from the client screen:

Searching for server (DHCP)...
..Me: 192.168.0.230, Server: 192.168.0.254, Gateway: 192.168.0.254
Loading 192.168.0.254:/lts/vmlinuz-2.4.22-ltsp-2....

I'v been reading tifferent articles and FAQ about 3 days and still there is
no answer for my problem.

I double check DHCPD.CONF its OK
TFTP Server is working fine
I add a line into file named HOSTS.ALLOW, but no use: in.tftp: 192.168.0.
IPTABLES -L show me that all free are ACCEPTED

netstat -anp | grep ":69 " show:

tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:3276 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN
1702/xinetd
udp 0 0 0.0.0.0:69 0.0.0.0:
1702/xinetd
unix 2 [ ] DGRAM 1692 1584/rpc.statd

Etherboot version is 5.2.0
network card is Intel 82562et and it runs with driver 82562em
I just try this with tifferent LANCARD (RTL8139) but the result was same.

DISTRO is Red Hat Linux release 9 (Shrike)

is there anyone who can help me?

best regards,

Raul
