Can anyone give me advice? (I really need one) I have problems with Diskless Clients downloading kernel.
It's like client is having a problem to get kernel from server. Last three lines from the client screen: Searching for server (DHCP)... ..Me: 192.168.0.230, Server: 192.168.0.254, Gateway: 192.168.0.254 Loading 192.168.0.254:/lts/vmlinuz-2.4.22-ltsp-2.... I'v been reading tifferent articles and FAQ about 3 days and still there is no answer for my problem. I double check DHCPD.CONF its OK TFTP Server is working fine I add a line into file named HOSTS.ALLOW, but no use: in.tftp: 192.168.0. IPTABLES -L show me that all free are ACCEPTED netstat -anp | grep ":69 " show: tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:3276 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 1702/xinetd udp 0 0 0.0.0.0:69 0.0.0.0: 1702/xinetd unix 2 [ ] DGRAM 1692 1584/rpc.statd Etherboot version is 5.2.0 network card is Intel 82562et and it runs with driver 82562em I just try this with tifferent LANCARD (RTL8139) but the result was same.
