I have used NetBSD to provide tftp, dhcpd, and NFS services for successfully booting a LTSP thinclient. Since X is X, the X clients running on the BSD box work fine via the Linux X server. (No Linux compatibility is needed to be enabled/installed.) Jeremy C.
