I don't think this is a scalable solution, but it's a nice option.

The original thought was to be able to go trucking around to cybercafes with a CD, pop it into their computer and reboot to your LTSP client. But I assumed it would require a pretty chubby thin client to do this and probably violate the concept of the holistic model of a thin client.
