The host key.  :)  Use the instructions on this page for generating a host 
key and putting it in the right spot, and for handling SSH user keys:

See also the SSH documentation ('man ssh' on a server) for more info about 
how SSH works with encryption keys.

In the future you could try searching that LTSP wiki and also the archives 
for this mailing list 
(http://marc.theaimsgroup.com/?l=ltsp-discuss&r=1&w=2) when you have 
problems with LTSP.
