I'm about to start running cable through plastic conduits for cat5 that were
run parallel to AC lines, also inside plastic conduits. It's all cemented
into walls.
Is there are hope of this conduit still being useful? Do I need to
reinstall or reroute the cat5 cables elsewhere, away from the power lines?
A lot of effort and money has gone into installing these conduits for hiding
the cat5 wires.
Is running the network cables at 10mbits any help?
