>From your initial post, it sounds like the AC and CAT5 will each be in
their own conduit (i.e., the AC will NOT be running in the SAME
conduit as the cat-5).  If this is the case, I suspect you'll be fine
with 100Mbps..Don't know about Gig, though.

If you're concerned, running shielded cable (and using shielded
connectors on one end of the cable or otherwise making sure to connect
the shields to a ground on one end) could only improve things.
