Oops... I am not quite sure but try WITHOUT TRAILING SLASH, e.g.
ltspfsmounter /tmp add
^-- NO '/' HERE !
And yes, I have a working LOCALDEV (though, not was simple, mainly
because of backports)
I guess that /var/run/ltspfs_fstab is created by the scripts in
/lib/udev/, controlled by /etc/udev/rules.d/ltspfsd.rules .
