I had similar problem with pxe boot of an ibm lenovo (see earlier 
posts)... You can try to update the BIOS (though I am not sure of it)
or setup tftpd on the host serving DHCP requests (and do not forget sync 
/var/lib/tftpboot from the ltsp-server after updating the ltsp-kernel).
