Just change the server IP in /etc/sysconfig/kiwi-ltsp and run kiwi-ltsp-setup -c

Best thing about "prebuilt" image is you do not need to rebuild image :)

Try nbdPort=2001 kernel parameter in
/srv/tftpboot/pxelinux.cfg/default at the end of initrd line.
