The distro is Fedora Core 5 and LTSP is 4.3. The dhcpd entry as follows;

host ws002 {
                hardware ethernet       00:40:63:F8:86:25;
                fixed-address   192.168.0.2;
                filename        "/lts/2.6.16.1-ltsp-2/pxelinux.0";
             }

I have tried all of the available kernels in the 4.3 release.
