To my knowledge this is exactly how it is set up at the moment: there is
 a cups deamon running on both machines, and because "Browsing On" is
set on the ltsp server (and CentOS listens to all of the network) it can
access the printers from the CentOS print server.

We can print just fine from ordinary LTSP sessions.
