Did you replaced the string "00:18:2D:00:0B:AE" with your Thincan's mac adress? It is printed on the thincan backside. You can verify the new params by logging _into_ the thinclient. The easier is to enable the root account in the chroot and then ssh to the client IP. It is fully explained in the ltsp5 documentation pdf is here: https://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/ltsp/index.php?title=Ltsp_LtspDocumentationUpstream Look also here UbuntuLTSPClientTroubleshooting https://help.ubuntu.com/community/UbuntuLTSP/ClientTroubleshooting Your network installation might be an issue also. Check for errors on your switch console.
