Nope!  This looked like it was working but ends up wanting to update to
x86_64 architecture despite what is in /proc/cpuinfo.  I don't
understand why yum needs to reference cpuinfo if it is going to ignore
what it finds!

Yum seriously needs a way to force the architecture.

Supposedly apt tools will work.  Maybe I'll try that next week.
